01. Delete directly in the app
- Open the record you want to delete.Go to the detail screen of the emotion record, AI conversation, or story you wrote.
- Select the delete option.Tap the delete button on the screen, or choose Delete from the top menu.
- Confirm the deletion notice.Deleting data this way keeps your CommaDay account intact.
02. Request data deletion by email
If deleting in the app is difficult, or you want to delete several kinds of data at once, send your sign-in email, your sign-in method (Google or Apple), and the types of data to delete to dev@aimhyer.io.
Please state clearly in the subject or body: "Keep my account and delete only my data." We process requests after verifying your identity, and we will never ask for your password.
03. Data that is deleted or retained
